GRASSROOTS, WOMEN'S & YOUTH PROGRAMS

Developing cricket at the grassroots level, especially for women and youth, is one of the pillars of Cricket Unlocked’s mission. We specialize in designing programs that make cricket more accessible and inclusive, providing opportunities for everyone to participate in the sport. Our services include developing school partnerships, community outreach initiatives, and inclusive coaching curriculums to create clear pathways from entry-level cricket to more advanced stages. We emphasize innovative, low-barrier formats like 8-a-side, smaller fields, and simplified rules to engage young players and build enthusiasm for the game. We work closely with local clubs, schools, and governing bodies to ensure that grassroots cricket is inclusive, diverse, and sustainable, with a particular focus on expanding the reach of women’s and youth cricket.
